By accessing or using FacelessFlow ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

FacelessFlow is an AI-powered platform that helps users create and publish "faceless" videos to YouTube. Our service includes script generation, voice synthesis, video rendering, and automated YouTube publishing.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. YouTube Integration

By connecting your YouTube channel to FacelessFlow, you:

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our Service to create content that:

  • Violates any laws or regulations
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
  • Spreads misinformation or fake news
  • Contains sexually explicit or violent content
  • Promotes illegal activities or substances
  • Violates YouTube's Community Guidelines
  • Attempts to manipulate YouTube's algorithm artificially

6. Subscription and Payments

Our Service operates on a subscription basis with the following terms:

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • Unused video credits do not roll over to the next billing period
  • Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time

All payments are processed securely through Paddle. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.

7. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of scripts, titles, and other content you create. By using our Service, you grant us a license to process and transform this content for video generation.

Generated Content

Videos generated through our Service are yours to use, subject to the licenses of underlying assets (stock footage, music, etc.).

Our Service

FacelessFlow, including its design, features, and technology, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
  • Experience unexpected downtime due to technical issues
  • Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

Failed video generations due to technical issues will be refunded to your account.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FACELESSFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • YouTube account suspension or termination resulting from content violations
  • Third-party claims against your content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FacelessFlow harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Create content that violates YouTube's policies
  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • Fail to pay subscription fees

You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FacelessFlow operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
